Early Childhood Working Group

Redwood City Together co-convenes this important working group along with 4C’s of San Mateo County and with the City of Redwood City to collaborate and assists partners in efforts to reduce poverty, improve the academic success of all students, increase community engagement, promote health and wellness and enhance safety. Our intention is to serve every child of Redwood City and North Fair Oaks with the best of our ability so they can thrive.

 Recent Milestones:

  • Supported outreach for Izzi’s Child Development Associate program (more details below)

  • Is in the process of redefining its goals based on community needs

  • Is planning a childcare family resource fair
