Fundraising & Finance Working Group

The Fundraising and Finance Working Group oversees our grantmaking, partnerships, and giving policies while supporting the long-term financial health of the organization. Our board members play a pivotal role in advancing this work and ensuring the sustainability of our mission.

Recent Milestones:

  • Completed the Fundraising Con Ganas Regional Training to strengthen fundraising knowledge and best practices.

  • Joined a national grantmaking organization to expand partnerships and access to funding opportunities

  • Developed a strategic fundraising plan to enhance sustainability and strengthen our collective impact.

Past Milestones:

  • Published the Redwood City Together film, which can be found on the front page of the website

  • Finalized an Operating Reserve Policy for the next two years

  • Created a strong grant-making strategy for the 2024-2025 fiscal year
