The Welcoming Redwood City working group has hosted five World Café events so far, bringing neighbors together from across Redwood City and North Fair Oaks to build connections and engage in conversations that matter to the community.

This World Café brought 133 youth, neighbors, and local leaders together for an inspiring evening of connection and dialogue. We shared meaningful conversations about trust, belonging, and creating welcoming spaces—focusing on how we can collaborate to build a stronger, more inclusive Redwood City.
Youth voices took center stage during community discussions, expertly guided by a team of 24 youth facilitators working alongside 12 adult facilitators to foster meaningful, inclusive dialogue.
